Flash Mob Of 500 Teens Confront Philly Police « CBS Philly

500 Teens surround police, jump on police cars, taunt police, throw glass bottles at cops --- lasts hours --- cops make decision to make ZERO arrests to not upset community or do anything that would threaten the safety of the teens.

Not escalating the situation may have been a wise choice, they need to follow up by arresting and prosecuting everyone they can today. If they just let it go it will just keep getting worse.

I thought this fad was over but a Flash "Mob" dancing in the streets is harming no one. There appears to have been no reason for the police to show up.

Oh look - a bunch of 14, 15, and 16 year olds acting like idiots.

For the safety of both the officers and the kids, probably a good idea they decided not to intervene. If they can identify any of these kids on camera that threw something at cops, then by all means arrest them.
