500 Teens surround police, jump on police cars, taunt police, throw glass bottles at cops --- lasts hours --- cops make decision to make ZERO arrests to not upset community or do anything that would threaten the safety of the teens.
Not escalating the situation may have been a wise choice, they need to follow up by arresting and prosecuting everyone they can today. If they just let it go it will just keep getting worse.
I thought this fad was over but a Flash "Mob" dancing in the streets is harming no one. There appears to have been no reason for the police to show up.
