Oh, it was the bottom line. and the greed was the government taking more and more taxes.

There is not one product he has his name on that is made here, and he shamelessly wants others to support America. He is a clown and his followers are blind.
Many years ago Trump was frustrated he couldn't buy certain windows for his large projects..Trump couldn't find a company to supply them here... he was told he would have to buy them overseas as they didn't have factories here that make that type of window his building designs required. He mentioned this as he was a guest on a program. He wanted to buy American made items but the factories were all gone and the companies here were not capable to handle the project . he could do nothing about it then... now he can do something about it and his message is getting out.

This is more bogus BS that Trump spreads and his minions repeat.

He lies constantly. You think the minions would catch on.

American factories probably charged two bucks more per window, so he went overseas.

Next he'll be blathering about how he used Chinese steel in his buildings because American factories couldn't produce the kind of steel he needed.

Get real. No amount of tax breaks makes up for employees who will work for two bucks a day.

Let's promote American jobs, that's all. Jeez.

Uh, hate to break it to you, but there are a LOT of mills and factories that already exist here in America, all Trump and his kids need to do is start buying from them. Love how you Trumpees spin everything to being someone elses fault.

For decades, everything Trump puts his name on have come from overseas.........and if you can not see the hypocrisy of him now declaring this Made In America Week, there is no hope for you.

This is just one more attempt at him diverting attention away from his mounting legal issues, and to look like a good guy. It will take more that a half a$$ proclamation to save his behind.

One foreign part and they can't say it is made in America. The manufacturing laws say if one part is from another country no matter how small it is, they cannot say it was made in America.
Let's say this is true,
Are you telling me Trump has passed this law and imposed it on the American manufacturers?

Ignore the president if you don't like his sentiments but you can still support the country.

Here are 100+ brands that are 100% made in the USA | Clark Howard

Trump branding is anything but made in America…… along with all his other clothing items and Ivanka’s……………. What a hypocrite! He belongs to the GOP and the Republican Party and represents them well for who they are. Maybe some of those R's in office will grow a spine and start a recall.

That gives them 4 days to get a clue.

Instead, Donny's having photo ops in fire engines making idiotic comments like "where's the fire?" as if he's Shecky Greene. He continuously acts like an idiot and Pence stands behind him and claps and then Trump claps for himself. They act like fools. It truly makes me want to throw up.

You have hit the point precisely. Donald Trump and the Trump kids COULD use this opportunity to set an example for other businesses by moving their buying sources to American companies, but Trump stands right in front of people and avoids that subject like the plague. He does not want to stop buying from those foreign sources and he will look you right in the eye and say "I would love to start buying products here !" Well, then simply DO IT !!

This is why a lot of us consider Donald Trump completely dishonest and corrupt. He always has this "Do as I say, not as I do" position.......whether it is where he buys his products to who he brings into the country to work at his places. How about he puts American workers back to work by placing his orders with companies over here that would hire more workers to fill those orders !

The example should start right with him and his family.

No way we are letting that one slip by ! Ok, then why does he still continue to buy his products overseas even TODAY ? Have you seen him come out and proclaim "I am announcing I am going to only buy all my products from companies that make them here in America, and I am doing that immediately !" Think what an example that would set for many others .

The answer is no, he has no plans to do any of that, even though he is "an older politician now". He will look you and me right in the eye and lie about it and divert the question to some other subject. It has nothing to do with his age, it has to do with his honesty and integrity.
