So what is you issue with the change in design?
I, or my grandson, eat at subway a bit. We live in an area where min. wage is NOT 15$/hr and I seriously doubt the part time employees get health care.
Most often subway, any of them, are fairly busy. Sometimes there is only one employee to take the order, make the sandwich and run the register. I dont think a kiosk and self pay are a bad idea.

False. The $15 minimum wage is not the cause of the existence of these kiosks. The only city in America with a $15 minimum wage is Seattle. Subway installed these kiosks to reduce labor costs in general, whether they were $8/hour or $12/hour.

$15 an hour wage is not just in Seattle. At current yes. Although, other cities have voted it in and on their way there.
If Subway is fairly busy I vote for hiring more people not putting in machines to take their work.
