Welcome to Texas politics. In this state they spend an inordinate amount of time, energy, and money attempting to legislate morality. But Texas loves their hard line conservatives so, nothing is going to change here in the foreseeable future.
Let the private sector decide their own bathroom rules.
In government places, you go to the restroom for which you present.
In schools, trans individuals get their own facilities (typically the ones already in place for adult staff).
"Problem" solved.
I disagree.
For starters, I do not want my kids being exposed to it if they are private or not. Second, "schools" should not to build additional bathrooms at taxpayers expense, just to appease a minuscule minorities mental health problems.
Way to go to reframe my argument so you can attack it.
Sexual or not, do you really think 99% of the people, so obviously most women included, would see no issue with a man in their looker rooms, restrooms or open showers?
If you think so, here is my solution; why not get rid of separate bathrooms all together? Make everything "unisex" if it really matters so little.
I once attended a conference where all the bathrooms we're gender-free bathrooms, meaning anyone could use any bathroom. While peeing at a urinal, a woman walked by and went into a stall. You know what happened? Nothing happened. We said hi to each other and went about our business.
I think people are up in arms over nothing regarding this issue.
I really don't want my daughter to see some degenerate's "junk" when she goes in to a public restroom designated for women. The entire gender bending the progressive want is really sick.
Um - I have NEVER seen intimate body parts (besides my own) in a women's restroom, and I've been using women's restrooms for 70 years now. Overwhelmingly, people in a women's restroom go into a stall and close the door BEFORE they take down their pants.
Unless your daughter is in the habit of peeping under said door, she will not see "some degenerate's "junk".
