Since November 8th, we have witnessed almost 1/2 a nation's people with PTSD.
Seriously... NO! SERIOUSLY. I have never seen or read about, so many unstable people in America, dead set on removing a newly elected President, for no other reason then that they were told one thing and something else totally different happened.

Yep, they think that their bosses (the Fake Stream Media) that told them they were going to keep power should be able to decide who our leaders are without consulting the voters (aka 'deplorables).' Every single comment, investigation, alleged (Fake) wrongdoing by Trump and people associated with him from election night till now is election night butt hurt.
I'm really PO'd at Sessions, Rosenstein, and Mueller for allowing this Charade to continue.
By the way, Trump is killing it and making an A everyday while this butt hurt cryfest of liberals acting like 2 year old continues.
It's definitely true that therapists were seeing a pronounced affect with their clients.
However, your analogy is just silly. Yes, it's always a huge let-down in life when you were positive you were about to win an award, be hired for a new job, and so on.
But if you have any sense of history, you will be aware that traditionally Democrats are relatively reasonable about accepting election results. Indeed, they are much better than Republicans - witness the secret meeting of Republicans vowing to automatically block Obama at every turn. With Bush, we realized he was under qualified and not very smart, but we were willing to give it a try.
This is different, however, and any minimally aware person should realize it. It's not simply a matter of losing the election. The horror was having the presidency pass to a mean, bigoted, vulgar, inexperienced, ignorant, lying, predatory, rapacious bully.
