What is the explanation for slower job growth than what we experienced a year ago? I thought the whole point of electing Trump was to unleash massive economic growth. He should at least do better than what was supposedly the worst President in history.

Here's a fact. As a nation, we are now considered to be at full employment. You can only add so many jobs when the nation is technically fully employed. Job numbers reflect this. It doesn't matter if Jesus Christ were President.

The fact is that the civilian work force participation rate has improved since Trump took office.
