I'm sure they were bussed in by the Koch brothers. You know, like how Soros busses in protestors.

I think you really underestimate how stupid this country is.

"I will also propose tax holidays for inner-city investment, and new tax incentives to get foreign companies to relocate in blighted American neighborhoods. I will further empower cities and states to seek a federal disaster designation for blighted communities in order to initiate the rebuilding of vital infrastructure, the demolition of abandoned properties, and the increased presence of law enforcement."

Admittedly, I can't find the link now to Trump pledging 5x more to historically Black colleges than Obama. He did pass an executive order pledging to help HBCU's, wants to partner with them to revitalize the inner cities & during a time of a 13% budgetary cut to education, their funding was untouched, Pell Grants & student loans, of which many Black students rely were also untouched in those budget cuts.

"The order will also double the amount of money for apprenticeship grants, from $90 million to nearly $200 million a year."

I feel like it's a re-run of the first year Obama was voted in. I voted for him, I actually thought that it would make race issues better, and instead it made the racist whites go freaking nuts. This time, it's the other way around.

Do I still support him? What else can I do? I can only watch and wait to see what he will do for our country.

In the meantime, I pray people will calm down.

Transference psychology at work here, folks. A fickle OP transfers her fickleness to others.

I think, beyond that, many of the people who chose Trump were simply angry......mad as Hell. At what, I have no idea, but there was a lot of anger and discontent voiced by the people who supported and voted for him.

Even two members of my immediate family, my ex and my one son, both thought he was a better choice than Hillary. They are not particularly mad about any one issue, although my son is angry about his healthcare bills rising so much and my ex "just didn't like or trust Hillary". They are both intelligent, reasonable people, but just couldn't bring themselves to vote for her.

The other aspect is, a lot of these angry people are mad at Washington and politicians in general, and, but electing an outsider who is rude and crude, it was their tool to shove the faces of established government into the mud. When you hear them say "Trump says what he thinks", that shows you that they love the outspoken, without any filters, way he just blurts out the first thing that enters his brain.
