Not at all. They are part of the public domain when they protest, and employers are eager for information on any employees who might hurt their companies.
It's a fine line you walk when you try to take away someone's rights simply for what they believe. However, sometimes their beliefs are just over the top, such as if they are a cult leader who have brainwashed 100 followers and kept them from seeing what the outside world is like... I would argue a simple white supremacist doesn't reach that level. My beef is that plenty of black people are given a free pass for being racist by the "establishment" while whites in the same position get castrated. The standards should be equal for everyone.
