They didn't want to just have 'their little protest'.
They wanted to march through a university campus at night with torches (seriously torches?) in a peaceful little town while making Nazi salutes, wearing Nazi symbols and shouting ethnic slurs.
It was a total act of aggression and denying that is absurd. If they didn't intend to start trouble, intimidate or act aggressively, they would not have started the weekend of 'their little protest' in that manner. It was intentional.
I don't think the mother of the woman who died is making a mountain out of a molehill. I think it is a mountain to her, and to a lot of other people, as well.
That guy, whether insane or just hateful, gunned his car down a small street full of people at 40 mph, intentionally ramming into a crowd, killing one and injuring many.
When this has been done by terrorists in London and France, the alt-right crowd and the president make it a very huge mountain and point to it as a reason to ban muslims entirely from our country.

This is not something that America stands for. It is being normalized by this administration which is why so many people are up in arms.

The reason that folks would like Trump to call out specifically the white supremacists is because of their support of him. Trump has been asked before to denounce these people (he of course denounces ANTIFA and BLM -- they are liberal based -- lol) and he has refused. Trump doesn't seem to be afraid to go after violent liberals but seems to be hesitant about calling out the radicalized conservatives in his camp.

So in your mind the protestors in Virginia deserved to be hit by car because a small group of individuals were violent?
Seems odd that both liberals and some RINOs are constantly complaining that Trump REFUSED to blame the white nationalist movement for 100% of the violence, they demand he single them out for all the violence. BLM and antifa started the whole mess. But for some reason, no one is demanding they even be named, much less held responsible. Why?
For the same reason that they hate that he blamed ALL radical groups--a big no-no for the left.

If the Blackshirts would've allowed the White Nationalists to have their little protest none of this would have happened. It was ONE guy who killed people with his car, by the way. As usual, this country is making a mountain out of a molehill.

When BLM members riot, loot, burn and destroy property, the left makes excuses.
When BLM members beat white people because of their race, the left is silent.
When Antifa thugs attack anyone that attempts to have a peaceful rally that they don't agree with...the left makes excuses.
I suspect mainstream liberals are like mainstream conservatives -- they believe the most violent of these groups not to be representative of them and they aren't.
I don't hold conservatives to blame for the white supremacist groups at all. I also don't hold most liberals to blame for the radicalized ANTIFA or BLM either.
