Now one of his evangelical advisory council has left.

Member of Trump's Evangelical Advisory Board resigns over 'conflict in values' | TheHill

Quote:
The pastor of a New York megachurch said Friday that he has resigned from President Trump's Evangelical Advisory Board, citing "a deepening conflict in values" with the administration.

Rev. A.R. Bernard, who leads the Christian Cultural Center in Brooklyn, said in a statement that he had "quietly stepped away" from the panel several months ago, but submitted his formal resignation on Tuesday.

With his blessing? Do his advisors have to kiss his ring or something?

This administration is a sinking ship.

SS Trump is now the Titanic, going down swiftly. President-to-be Pence is measuring White House curtains...

I think Kelly is going to leave soon. He has too much class and respect to keep serving Trump.

Icahn left for reasons unrelated to Trump. I wouldn't read too much into it. Sounds like some conflict of interest issues.

Trump should have realized by now that he cannot work with the establishment in any of its flavors. Corporate raider and asset stripper Icahn is every bit establishment as anyone. He'd be better off placing an ad on Craigslist to staff his White House. He'll find thousands from his base who are more than qualified without having to watch his back all the time.

I feel like he will stick around due to his sense of duty as a military general. Something along the lines of better to stay and ensure one adult is in place to keep the huckster in chief from doing anything too damaging; along the lines of the pact he made with Mattis.
