Implementing sanctions is not treading lightly N. Koreans are already suffering with inadequate food, clothing, and fuel. Sanctions will only cause them to suffer more hardships. The sanctions will only fuel N. Korean government propaganda against America.

All countries need to convene at the United Nations concerning the complete universal dismantling of all nuclear weapons.
