The article you post, despite your mockingly saying "both sides" makes not of the issues on both sides.
This article also does not even mention Obama. It does mention that DHS was informing state authorities of the potential dangers Antfia posed. Presumably, if Obama had an issue with that, he would have stopped that from getting out. So he did not in fact sit on that information.

The numbers are exceedingly small. They are one form of extremist group but no worse than what exists in the warped world of white supremacy. Obama knew. After the San Jose violence in June 2016 Obama commented on the violence. He did call for peace and told the protesters to not act like the other side (implying the Republicans were the violent ones).
You can see Black Bloc outfits on the rioters if you go look for pictures. And the police did nothing.
