first, it is true that collusion isn't a crime. there is no statute associated with an American candidate getting help (non monetary) from some foreign source.
Now, as for Manafort, there is no question that the Muller investigation (that was charged with determining if there was collusion) is seeking "by any means necessary" and has moved well beyond any Trump/Russia connection and is focusing on other things to get a win. just as the last one did exactly the same with Scooter Libby.

No sane person wants a war with anyone, certainly not with a nuclear armed country.
However, while China does have massive amounts of troops, in a conventional war, they would lose to America.
We are technically superior with our weapon systems, both with our Navy and Air Force.
