Explain those words to a kindergartener so they understand every word of it. Or would you rather to them say it and go though the emotions and comply? God was added but I think you know that.

Do you want to live in a country where the government forces you into public demonstrations of patriotism?

Nope. Fortunately nobody is trying to do that here, liberal delusions to the contrary notwithstanding.

As usual, liberals must start their thread with a lie, so they can pretend they have a point somewhere and fool people into taking them seriously.

You're looking at this rather short-sightedly.

No one is being forced TODAY...

But once the President starts encouraging retaliation, maybe that takes hold... And next time, a President encourages a different kind of retaliation for a different situation... And so on down the path of institutionalization, where the government holds real power over what you do and do not say. It starts somewhere. Be smart enough to recognize it at the time rather than in hindsight.

It is weird. And then you have our president publicly calling these players names. If Obama ever did that they would have never let him live it down...Trump had the complexion for protection.

Yes it is! IF you tell a child that they have to recite "whatever" and you don't teach them the meaning of whatever then you are forcing them.
