For many various reasons, people had a great dislike to hatred going towards Hillary since the 90s when she was first lady then you have the Benghazi deal. And not to make this about those issues, and regardless of how you feel about what she has done, it should have been EXTREMELY obvious even before Hillary was nominated there were LOTS of anti-hillary people out there. Whereas BS was fresh, new and didn't come with the controversies that she ever had. So why did the Dems have a brain aneurysm and think Hillary would be a great choice? Bernie Sanders as it was already had lots of support and fame and likeability on the outset. Was it really mostly hinged on the "the first female president" shtick? Even among lots of women that didn't fly if so.

I am no democrat by any means and I realize that this forum leans very heavily left, but even so, you have to admit that deciding to punk BS is the worst decision the Democratic party has ever made in its history, aside from creating the KKK anyway lol.

This forum leans left? Now that's news to me. If I had a dollar for every time a "why the left wants to destroy america, liberals hate america and trump is tbe!" Thread was created I'd give every member on this site a $500 gift card to their favorite store with enough money leftover to eliminate the deficit.

Dem party was hijacked by socialists, democrats no longer exist as a party, just that the name hasn't changed. socialists coopted the democrat's reputation and pretended to be disguised as democrats.

Democrats could actually be a viable 3rd party if they leave the hijacked dem party.

So who were the dems that selected HRC over bernie? the corrupt unethical hate and fear mongering wing of the democrat party.

Media and socialists were banking on a coronation and not an election. Hillary was so indebted to obama, she would have been obama part deux. Bernie had no deals with obama. One deal was HRC would inherit obama's propaganda machine, who knows what blackmail hillary and obama had on each other given the corruption of the DOJ and hillary not being charged with the crimes Comey said no lawyer would prosecute. Or when bill met with lynch on the tarmac and security didn't want reporters anywhere near or asking questions. .

The DNC owed Hillary a major debt and was trying to pay it back.

She was told that if she stood by Bill, she would get a turn.

Per the bolded, you might want to get your eyes checked, as this forum leans heavily RIGHT!

Anyways, I wanted Sanders, but I think the party was worried that he would be the next Dukakis, Mondale or McGovern in the general, so they went with who they thought was the safer candidate

Hillary a drunk and had lots of bad skeletons in the closet.

Sanders was a snake oil salesman who would've bankrupted the country with his nonsense. His silliness appealed to younger voters who vote emotionally and without a lick of common-sense, not so much to older voters who'd have to pay for his brand of socialism. Venezuela was a great warning flag.

And I agree with Kracer - Media and socialists were banking on a coronation and not an election. And no one in the Democrat party expected Obama's espionage on the Trump campaign to ever be revealed...imagine if Hillary had gotten her hands on Obama's spy network here in the United States.
