Solar power companies should rebuild electric system in Puerto Rico

Not sure where to post this because the other PR thread was closed for some reason.

I watched Geraldo Rivera on Fox News in PR all week and he said the power station works but there is no way to deliver the electricity because the system was already in shambles before both hurricanes hit and the power company was bankrupt already. Massive corruption and there should be criminal indictments because they diverted the money. Geraldo said Trump administration should create the same type of Marshall Plan as they did in Europe after WWII to get people back on their feet.

You can't blame Trump for this. Governor said anything he asks Trump for he gets.

Irma and Maria have already shown what hurricanes do to solar screens and windmills = destroy them.

They should take solar panels to rural communities & build one or more small community buildings with some refrigerators for food & medications, one or two small window air conditioners, some chairs for them to sit & cool off, & electrical outlets for charging phones & computers. After the houses are repaired or rebuilt, the people can determine a community use for the solar panels.
