Entitled men and boys feel entitled to do these things. They could be celebrities, athletes, politicians, businessmen etc. They come from every walk of life, every political affiliation, every religion, every race and every culture. Anytime someone spends a significant part of their lifetime rarely being told "No", they start to assume the default answer is "Yes". And I don't think that sense of entitlement is limited to sexual behavior, it extends throughout all aspects of their lives.
It all goes back to the moral compass of the individual. I still feel confident the vast majority of men out there aren't predators.
