I think in the US all is about profit and money. Health CARE is an oxymoron.
Sick population is a moneymaker, not the healthy one. Everything related to public health is a multibillion industry, and everyone wants to have a slice of that pie. Keeping people healthy is not their intention.
They make a lot more than what insurance offer pharmacies. For Medicare patients, insurances offer incentives for patients to be on certain medications or make sure patients are adherent. At most, you can get about $100 for a med sync.

Insurance companies want to minimize payouts. Having their insureds vaccinated decreases the amount they have to pay out.

What evidence do you have that doctors want people to be sick?
Have you actually seen a doctor withhold treatment so a person stays sick? If so, did you report it to the appropriate person at the hospital?
As far as vaccines are concerned, the way for the system to make more money would be not to vaccinate.
Exactly, a doctor withholding treatment would open himself up to law suits.
