Didn't they used to have a court jester in medieval times? Trump could fill that spot if the queen is looking for a new one.

So is Prime Minister, guess he'd better not meet the PM either, eh?

Trump wants gold-plated carriage ride with Queen during UK visit: report | TheHill
It's funny that he would request a ride in it despite being a glaring security risk like that. Obama wisely chose to ride in a vehicle that could withstand a low grade rocket attack instead of an open carriage. I guess in the mind of a simpleton like Trump shiny things are more important than security.

Thanks for the explanation.

I think politically, the UK, and U.S. are growing apart, although Brexit showed us something. Under Obama we were more aligned, but I have no doubt we will remain close allies, as we are with most of Europe.

I wouldn't let the man near my own daughter. Perhaps they are afraid he might grab the queen.

That's because the UK is changing, drastically. It's no longer the empire it once was. And the culture is changing too. I have heard that the Royal family has no power anymore. They are just there for tradition sake, but I give it another 50 years, with all of the mass immigration going on, they will bash down the doors of the Buckingham Palace, and probably overtake the place and hang the royal family for all to see. Kind of an FU for their meddling in with foreign affairs, especially in the Middle East and African countries.

Every other country hates us now.

I hope they all know that most of us didn't vote for him and are praying for his impeachment.

Just stop with the popular vote nonsense. I don't want NYC, nor L.A. metros having a monopoly on power, and running this country. L.I. is a socialist hell hole, so if you live there, and tolerate those property taxes, and other taxes, that says a lot. The world respects us now, I don't care if they don't like us. Let's stop all our massive foreign aid if that is the case.
