My hat is off to Senator John McCain for forcefully calling out the Dotard as follows:

"To fear the world we have organized and led for three-quarters of a of a century, to abandon the ideals we have advanced around the globe, to refuse the obligations of international leadership and our duty to remain "the last best hope of earth" for the sake of some half baked, spurious nationalism cooked up by people who would rather find scapegoats than solve problems is as unpatriotic as an attachment, to any other tired dogma of the past that Americans consigned to the ash heap of history".

Clearly this was aimed at Trump and I applaud McCain to have the guts and courage to take on this wrong headed bully and speak truth to power.

Way to go Senator McCain!

Perhaps his showing some cajones might occasion some others to grow a pair to call a spade a spade.

McCain should be excused for his ramblings. He has brain cancer and should retire.

He needs to name Trump and not make innuendos. It will go right over Trump's head.

WOW, I voted for this man too in the elections! Was the only level headed GOP candidate IMO. Proud someone called Trump out on his Fascist maneuvers.

It was a great speech and right on point about the nationalistic America first rhetoric coming from Bannon/Trump. We are not the only country with this surge in nationalism but it was well stated.

They should have never let him out of Hanoi. He has become the "Manchurian Candidate". I wonder who "activated" him?

John McCain could have 99% of his brain removed, and he would still be smarter than Trump with whatever brain rattles around in that head of his.

It really p***es off you Trumpees that he has the courage to come out and speak the truth, but he is just the first of many. You are in for a bumpy ride.

Yes, kudos! I just wish he’d have used Trump’s name. It was pitch-perfect, though.
