These huge rate increases are due to Trump's EU and the rate increases impact self-pay people much more than they impact people that are subsidized.

Sorry but I don't buy that. My policy under Obama went up 150% in 4 years. From what I heard it was scheduled to go up another 25% and that EO added another 5% to the 25%.
