The mainstream media failed to see the rise of Donald Trump in 2016. Now it’s overlooking another grassroots movement that may soon be of equal significance— the growing number of liberals “taking the red pill.” People of all ages and ethnicities are posting YouTube videos describing “red pill moments”—personal awakenings that have caused them to reject leftist narratives imbibed since childhood from friends, teachers, and the news and entertainment media.

One can only hope that people are rejecting the far left, identity politics, and destruction of free speech by the Democrats, and Media. It is a destructive, anti American message.
I remember a time when the Democrat party was for the people or at least it seemed to be but today they seem to be all about themselves while telling us how great they are and how much they are working for us ?
Obama led us all down a dark path and Hillary promised more of the same to seal the fate of America.
I still don't understand how championing millions of low skilled/no skilled illegal aliens and opening the borders to them while ushering them towards amnesty was in the best interest of America and the lower and middle classes that struggle everyday. How about the 550% increase in "refugees" from dangerous areas of the world and planting them in the middle of our cities while our top security organizations told us that they could not guarantee that the radical ones would be weeded out. Talk about a Trojan horse.
Somehow all this was supposed to be great news for us. I'm thankful that enough voters saw the light last November and hopefully they will continue to do so.
It is not mean spirited, racist or any other "ist" but it has to be done. We have to understand that preserving America is more important then importing millions of future democrat voters.
I can only assume that most conservatives are basically reformed liberals. The vast-majority of young people are liberal.
The hippies of the 60's, are now the old conservatives that young liberals wish would die.
I don't think any of this is "new". As you get older, and as get more experience/knowledge, you tend to become more conservative. There has never been any place or any time in history where people generally become more liberal as they got older.
And the process would go much faster if we stopped molly-coddling the dysfunctionals who are turning the streets of so-called sanctuary cities into an open sewer. What the Snowflakes most need is a red suppository, and law enforcement with the resolve to administer it.

I talk to Millennials, and read about some of their plight, many on here. The ones that aren't running around pretending to be Antifa, or Occupy Whatever say their priorities are:
1. Jobs where they can utilize their college degrees with better pay, and benefits,
2. Lower cost of living, lower taxes, etc..
3. Opportunity for advancement.
4. Good quality of life, standard of living, and recreational opportunities.
Things many of us want, and strived for out of school. If they are serious, they will have to stop pretending to be SJW at ALL COST, stop obsessing over race, sexism, LGBT, Global Warming, etc, and work for a better life, and that means supporting more conservative VALUES.
