Good they pay the most in taxes to support deadbeats; most likely liberals.

You are naive to think that 'deadbeats' are liberals.

I think we'd find it is evenly split. True there are folks in urban centers that lean left but those folks in them there hills, living in their trailers......they tend to vote Republican.

You really have no interest in having an honest discussion about this topic, do you? As per your reply, #662,

dont cop out on this question like you did the others..

Supply side economics is not based on tax cuts, its based upon putting money into the economy where as you JUST SAID.. people SPEND it.. more than saving it..

So you understand the population at large spends their money, how does this NOT create jobs?
No one with even the most basic understanding of macroeconomics would make this claim, as it is absurdly false.

Here's more recent Food Stamps data. Still the same:

It's the Dem voters who are overwhelmingly the deadbeats, then Independents, and trailing far behind those two are the GOP voters.

So I followed the article to the actual study. The study is about poverty and not going to college. No mention of political party.

But the article though made a great leap of faith in assuming that white people without college are registered Republicans.

I wager that article fooled a lot of people though.

Here's the study..no mention of politics.

Pay-roll tax (15%) is applied only to salary, which is why people keep their salary as low as legally possible. This minimizes the pay-roll tax, but the new tax bill changes that, as it will force you to take a much larger portion of your income as salary. That can easily hike you tax by $10K even in a $150K annual operation. The income portion will be taxed at a lower rate, but since 70% of your total income is 'salary', your profit portion just shrunk to $45K.
payroll taxes are part of payroll expenses and reduce the income tax obligations from a business. It does not make a company profitable.

I completely agree with you. People wonder why I live in my 5000 sf home, and half the time my kids arent even around, but its my choice. I love my house,

that being said, i dont want my neighbors taxes to be higher than is "fair" because my tax bill is frozen.. Taxes should be based upon a value, not based upon who lives there.

If a house is taxed at a $500K value for you, then that same house should be taxed at the same amount for me. Changing who lives there, should not change the taxes owed on it no more than someone who makes $50K a year should pay the same as someone else who makes $50K

There's been a lot of false information published about this bill. Don't believe that.
