Just a bad situation all around. I'm sad for our country that Donald Trump is president. Most of the world is sad for us.

Soooo what you are saying is that if crooked Hillary had won this guy wouldn't have gone on his rampage?

Oh yeah that is right, after granting amnesty to millions of illegals Hillary would have torn up the second amendment and established a UN type of police force to go door to door confiscating guns from the law abiding citizens...
What if that next door neighbor that shot at the shooter had his gun confiscated the day before? The shooter could have continued his murdering spree.

Even then evil would find a way to destroy. What if this loser in Texas had tossed a couple of pipe bombs or molotov cocktails into the church instead or some type of bleach chlorine bomb? What if he waited outside the church until the service let out and he then drove his truck over the people?

What this guy did is insanity and somehow blaming Trump is crazy.

Or, was your real purpose of this topic, to simply complain about Trump by using this terrible tragedy as excuse?

If so, you should be ashamed.
Domestic violence? Terrorist?

Terrorism: [USC04] 18 USC Ch. 113B: TERRORISM

Domestic violence: https://www.justice.gov/ovw/domestic-violence

I am sure OP did not intend the post to simply complain about Trump! This is another example of the dying resistance as they scramble to uphold the agenda of the Democratic Party and globalism, "divide and conquer". We can't let them do that.

Take a look at Muslim attacks on the US and compare with the situation in the OP for best results:

This post isn't going to be well-received by certain advocacies at this site, but The more I read and see of massed violence by lone alienated males, the more I see these acts as a "strange fruit" of radical eco-feminism and the "Social Justice" movement.

The principal character trait of most SJW's, who are predominately female, is a belief that greater and more-centralized authority, managed in an ever-expanding bureaucracy, can resolve societal issues, and a handful of "successful" democracies, (usually small and wealthy-- Iceland, Denmark, Holland) are held up as the "good" example.

Thank you, Exhibit 'A'

But real life simply isn't like that; the more successful a society becomes, the more likely that sensitive or hard-to-solve issues (marginal mental cases and who gets stuck with the really unwanted jobs and roles) are quietly swept under the rug or ignored -- shuffled through the bureaucratic maze until some alienated fool decides he's had enough.

And the alternative -- the scapegoating of a particular individual or group by an ideologue -- has far more dangerous potential, as we all should have recognized in the wake of events in Europe which culminated in the unprecedented bloodshed of 1914-45.

Oh wait, he only politicizes attacks by brown people.

It was Eric Hoffer who said that the prime function of civilization is to make, and keep every man a paper tiger, but it would appear that a particularly ugly group of individuals are falling -- or slipping -- through the cracks.

Sure they do. Sane people kill their spouses and family every day of the week. They are sane yet evil people.

I agree. There is something irrational about it.

If only it was that easy. There are statistics on this, have you glanced at them recently? Criteria play a part, that's just an FYI. Spend a bit of time researching, it's not that difficult and will answer so many of your burning questions better than people on here can.

The time to bring up gun control is at the voting booth. Vote for people who are for gun control and not for people who are pro-gun ownership.
