Their goal is to make more people depend on government for important things, and to destroy anybody who disagrees. Not to reduce crime.
One thing for sure, he was a supporter of the current occupant of the Oval Office. That he was very mentally disturbed, no doubt. He got away with many crimes during his lifetime. Only was punished that once when in the Air Force. 12 months for assault. The next one is coming...they are out there, waiting for their 15 minutes of fame or whatever. Mowing down dozens or hundreds of people a minute.

A couple of Lean Six Sigma Black Belts could easily create one national system for ALL judicial records and in doing so standardize information, eliminate redundancies and loopholes and associated costs.
