Where did you get "high school" and "twenty year olds"? Is that reference from another post?
Cheerleaders can be pre-teen and 13, 14, 15, 16 . There are ball games with cheerleaders at various ages and various schools, not just high school.
Agreed which is why her statement that she thought he was bothering twenty year olds doesn't make sense. If that's what she thought was did she think they were being told to watch him around teenagers?

Testimony is fact. The telling of an event by one who was there. And the testimony is reinforce by a number of witnesses to supporting events. So you have the testimony of the girl versus Moore who does not remember anything.
If she thought he was only hassling twenty year olds why would they be told to watch him at the high school games?
And, why would cops care about someone hassling twenty year olds unless someone was complaining?
The story indicates he was attending high school games, no complaint was filed but it was brought to her attention that he was attending high school games. Also harassment is still harassment even if its 20 year olds and the officer was a detective in the juvenile division.

It seems like the media people get booted out but slimy politicians believe they are above all this stuff and stay put. Franken, Moore and Bill Clinton are perfect examples.
