In the interest of fully disclosure, I HATE Franken. Think he's one of the most disgusting and embarrassing things to ever happen to the state of Minnesota. That said, I have a couple things to say:

1. the first (now there are several) accuser of the butt grabbing in the photo seems very unhurt but this whole thing. She was all smiles and smiling for her first TV interview. She certainly doesn't come off as rattled.

2. I wondered if Franken had just put his hand behind her back and maybe on accident hit her or place his hand just at the bottom of her back just above her butt and it wasn't literally a "grabbing" incident.

3. There are now more accusers. So this might have been something he did, but it doesn't make sense to me...why would he do this?

So I don't know. I thought he was a disgrace prior to even waltzing into Wellstone's Seat, but if more accusers keep coming forward (I didn't find the first accuser very convincing, or at least she doesn't seem at all effected by what happened), Franken will have some explaining to do.

I'm not a Franken fan either. And it's not his politics that bother me. I'm a little right of center but there are plenty of liberals I like and admire. But Franken has a smugness and smarminess about him that rubs me the wrong way. Maybe it goes back to the tagline he used in his comic days--"...and me, Al Franken". Almost as annoying as "I'm Chevy Chase and you're not." But I think whether he stays in the Senate or not should be up to the voters of Minnesota, and if they decide he should stay I won't have a problem with it.

yep like Hillary defending bill saying the 19+ were all tramps and seduced her husband, this is after she was defending him saying he didn't do anything.

I respected Hillary for standing by her man while he was in office....I lost all respect for her when she didn't dump his lying butt after he left office......but then again, we all know they are a "power couple", and love and faithfulness and truth don't matter, as long as they keep reaching for the power

They've been awfully silent. Maybe the DNC has stopped emailing propaganda and talking points until Monday morning.

She knew that there would likely be zero chance of her becoming POTUS if she divorced him.
