What kind of welfare are you talking about? I thought aid to needy families was important? Is this only true if the state who receives it votes your particular way?

Sad how the simple facts are deflected for political talking points. It's amazing actually.

Do you think the person actually bothers to read? Totally ignored the links supplied. If they had been from conservative sources he would have made a stink about that, but since it was from MSM, the only response was to revert to talking points that have nothing to do with the original non-political fact-based post.

If you're asking this question then you didn't read the article.

First, your link is almost 4 years old.
Second, the original post has nothing to do with how much money the feds give back, but rather how much the state takes from us in taxes while still having the highest rate of poverty.

Is it really that hard to stay with what is being presented?

The irony is that while asking "does it matter if the state votes my way" is actually showing that it does for you.

I posted this because I LIVE HERE and have since birth. It actually affects me the way this state is so horribly managed, so I guess that's just too complicated a position for many of you.

Did any of you obviously liberal partisans actually note that there was not a single mention of political party or that I used liberal sources? Are you saying MSN, USAToday and the government can't be trusted?

Is it actually that difficult to process plain facts without a gut reaction to take your side and instantly go into denial mode?

If only all states had a port directly connected to China and India. Oh and large amounts of oil and gas reserves.
