Acid attacks have been steadily on the rise in London, 454 last year and more this year.

Police now carry kits to assist victims who have had acid thrown on their face and they are possibly going to make it so you need a license to transport acid.

LMAO, oh my! Yea, requiring a license will do a lot to stop terrorists slinging acid. Sheesh, you can't even walk into a store and but a butter knife without a permit, and that's stopped knife attacks cold right? Riiiiiight. This is very common in the Mideast and South Asia (India, Pakistan, Bangladesh). Men use it to attack women with it, so they will be permanently scarred.

First off all of yall are wrong. The reason why London criminals (not terrorists, criminals) use acid is because it is hard to get a gun, you have to know serious gangsters to get a gun. Now imagine if those 454 attacks had been criminals using guns instead, that would have been at least 100 more murder victims in London. The gun ban is clearly working the city of London is safer than the average U.S suburb.

New Hampshire our safest state (last year)- 14 murders for a rate of 1.1 per 100,000 people.

London(2015)- 118 1.3 murders per 100,000 people.

U.S only has two states with lower homicide rate and zero major cities have a lower rate than London.

You see when guns are hard to get people switch to knives, since knives are four times as likely to lead to death as guns on average even more lives are saved, then you make it hard to even get knives and since very few acid attacks result in death, more people end up not losing their lives and now police doesn't have to focus on every garden variety criminal having a deadly weapon but instead have to deal with them throwing acid and disfiguring other humans.
