No, she recently gave a speech at Teen Vogue trashing Trump. Of course she had to trash the tax plan too as if these kids know anything and will just take her word for it. Democrats always go after the young and naive who are easily manipulated.
Hillary has kept herself in the news since the election, using the book tour, and the blame tour to be in the media each day complaining about why she lost. Essentially she has blamed everyone but herself, when in actuality it was all her fault all along. She is even a more flawed person than Donald Trump, which is hard to do.
Again, Popular Vote has nothing to do with the Presidential Election on a national level, as the States elect the President, and for good reason. Therefore your statement is irrelevant.
