It's incredible how some Dems think Hillary would not only beat him now, but in a landslide. People vote with their pocketbooks

Sadly, you're quite correct - Republicans are mostly only interested in money, and ensuring their own profit. Pathetic, isn't it, that they're so consumed by their own selfish greed?

Democrats, on the other hand, are more accepting about taxes, happy to spend money on health, education, etc.

I got a significant raise after Trump was elected. I'm not complaining

And yes, I'd vote for him all over again. Not because of the money though. Because of all the delicious liberal tears! Make it rain, and MAGA!

Most people equate a healthy economy with the POTUS even though the two aren't parallel. So ya, probably people do. I think I have me another bonus coming this year so keep on keepin on.

"Despite Trump’s insistence the U.S. has a trade deficit with Canada, statistics from the website of the office of the U.S. Trade Representative — the office handling NAFTA negotiations — paint an opposite portrait."

How well is he doing? If he was doing well, he wouldn't be afraid to tell the truth.

It's amazing how trump' s approval rating continues to drop despite how well the stock market is doing. Not something you usually see. Imagine if he's still in office when the correction hits?

My portfolio has risen steadily since he's been in office. I still hate his guts.

Huh? Trump isn't doing "well" - the only reason the economy is still decent is because he's failed to enact much of any of his stupid agenda so far. I wouldn't consider a president successful because his complete incompetence has prevented him from screwing things up worse.

Who the heck still cares about Hillary? Any progressive will tell you the Clintons were the worst thing to happen to the Democrats in decades, and were it not for her crookedness and lack of charisma or common sense, we wouldn't be saddled with an even less mature, bigoted crook like Trump in the White House.

Nobody here still cares about Hillary except whining Republicans who are desperately looking for a reason to justify their votes for a slimebag like Trump. They keep telling themselves what they did was "OK, because Hillary was a crook, too." It's not, but whatever. They also don't have wit enough to realize that progressives don't blindly support their party as right-wingers do. That's why Hillary lost - even though she won the popular vote; many progressives simply refused to vote for her because she's a crook. Too bad right-wingers lack the same moral fortitude as they STILL support Trump to this day.
