Here is the graphic video, looks like the guy couldn't follow all the directions and made a mistake so the cop murdered him on the spot. He was probably incredibly nervous and moved his hand the wrong way.

Why were the cops called to that hotel?

I think there was a break down in procedure and that kid lost his life due to the cop having an itchy trigger finger. Did they really need such a big gun? The kid was scared out of his wits. Why did they have the suspects crawl toward them?
Once the woman was in cuffs they should have approached the guy with his hands in the air with orders that if he moved they would shoot. Cuff him then move to the room.

I think the cop was wrong and the guy paid the price.

What was the call that brought the Police to that hallway and why did they need such a heavy gun and not a side arm or a tazer?
