I agree that the OP is getting ahead of himself here, but this part of the order is quite interesting, and could very well apply to the Clinton's.

I doubt the Clintons are worried.
Reading the list, I strongly suspect the targeted people really are bad actors. But it would be a good deal harder to include an American citizen on that list. Because of the Constitution, you'd need an actual conviction on actual charges - not just the opinion of one or more government agencies. Clinton-haters have been shooting blanks now for at least 30 years. Do you have any reason to think that they have been holding back their real ammunition?
