If a nursing home needs money to incentivize them to treat people nicely, it deserves to close.

For Dems now there is little else left to the Resist campaign than just a wanton need to see the nation fail at any cost.

They had filled the airwaves with horror stories of an imploding economy and stock market collapse if Trump was elected. None of it happened and with a great note of irony, the economy and employment numbers are the best in a couple of decades.

The kind of positive figures that would ordinarily show vast improvement in our daily lives, our real existence nothing to do with politics. Yet, the Dems in a way most worrisome to themselves still continue an unrelenting war of identity politics , when it could very well doom their hopes of gains in the mid terms.

The have nothing to show for a year of hysteria and offer nothing tangible in the future to even be termed an viable opposition party anymore.
