Not only that but I believe - correct me if I'm wrong - Trump does not generally mock or insult her, in the same way that he doesn't mock or insult Stephen Colbert. I assume he knows that they're not afraid and that the counter-attack would be potentially devastating.

maddow preaches to her choir only. no one else can stand her. she is the sean Hannity of msnbc: rabid, hyperpartisan, smug, and thoroughly dislikable. I try to listen to everyone's opinion occasionally, left and right, but maddow is a bridge too far.
