If Trump and the Republicans are so innocent, it's strange that they're acting so guilty.

We've watched them spread lies about Mueller, Comey, and McCabe in feeble attempts to discredit them and the investigation.

We've watched them undermine legitimate congressional hearings, while promoting bogus business about long-disproven conspiracy theories. Even the beleaguered Sessions has admitted he'd do what he could but there had to be some "factual basis" before he could proceed.

We've watched the constant attacks on the media for reporting all the Russian connections which team Trump tries to deny, hide, and discredit.

...

Also, the idea that Mueller plans to put Flynn on the stand to testify is sort of ludicrous.

He may be filling in the gaps, pointing them in the right direction, verifying information, ... but team Mueller will likely be relying on financial records, emails, wiretaps, ... to bring this home.

So it wasn't Seth Rich.

Well, that's a bummer.

Mueller will no more put Flynn on the stand than he'd call Carter Page to testify.

BTW, where is that squirrel?

Lol. Anyone and their dog can make that claim, now. No way to prove squat.

DNC refused access to intelligence agencies, something to hide.
DNC (probably)wiped(and not with a cloth) before even letting CS root through things.
DNC destroyed every single piece of equipment, server, computers, etc., and bought all new.

Mueller pretty much labeled Flynn a convicted liar and this is the "key" witness to bring down a sitting President? lol.......that is the last thing a prosecutor wants from a "key" witness, be a convicted perjuror or convicted liar.

but I guess you are going to defend Mueller and say that is a smart tactic, right?...lol
Mueller gave immunity on the lowest level charge because he holds those other bigger charges over Flynn's head (and Flynn and his attorneys know this, too). Immunity deals can get tricky....witnesses will try to back out of them or not fully disclose. Then the prosecutor has to litigate the immunity deal itself which can be time consuming and delay the main case (against trump).

Flynn and his attorneys know that if he doesn't cooperate per this immunity agreement, Mueller is willing to tear it up on this lower charge, BUT will immediately bring charges against Flynn (and son) that carry 10 to 20 year prison sentences.

Mueller is smart.

If Mueller wanted to use Flynn as a reliable witness to catch a "bigger" fish, you don't charge him and make him plea guilty to lying to the FBI because that would make him USELESS in court. You don't put a proven liar on the stand. You give him FULL immunity. Any idiot who watches LAW & ORDER episodes knows this.

Mueller doesn't have anything and the MSM and the deep state knows it.
What you do is have him tell you who committed which crimes and where the evidence is, and then you go and find the evidence and indict the guilty without needing testimony from Flynn in court.

See how easy that is?

silly thread, any of these charges will result in a pardon, Mueller may eventually be charged himself.
