1. Todays news that Trump's team is preparing smear attacks on Flynn. After the plea deal accepted by Mueller (which means Flynn had to give up bigger fish), this means that Trump and his attorneys know it's going to be fatal.

2. Then there are public attacks on McCabe, launched only after Trump found out McCabe is a key witness to the obstruction of justice case and corroboration of Comey's testimony about Trump asking him for loyalty.

This guy is acting scared guys. 2018 will be a very, very interesting year in politics.

PS skipped the news of Mueller looking into bank records from Cyprus, a hotbed for Russian money laundering. There is always a chance he is not looking into Trump's dealings with Russian banks who were heavily present in cyprus. Let's say this time we give trump benefit of doubt!

!
another W.P. story from an anonymous source?

If Mueller wanted to use Flynn as a reliable witness to catch a "bigger" fish, you don't charge him and make him plea guilty to lying to the FBI because that would make him USELESS in court. You don't put a proven liar on the stand. You give him FULL immunity. Any idiot who watches LAW & ORDER episodes knows this.

Mueller doesn't have anything and the MSM and the deep state knows it.

You use fictitious television shows as your basis of legal knowledge?

actually, that show is pretty accurate about trial law.......but ignore my point.....If Flynn is a "key" witness for Mueller to bring down a sitting President why not give him full immunity? why make him worthless by only charging him with lying to the FBI and make him plea guilty making him worthless as a witness?
Mueller pretty much labeled Flynn a convicted liar and this is the "key" witness to bring down a sitting President? lol.......that is the last thing a prosecutor wants from a "key" witness, be a convicted perjuror or convicted liar.

but I guess you are going to defend Mueller and say that is a smart tactic, right?...lol

He is getting desperate. But I predict Trump will last until 2019 before he actually can't take it anymore and quits before they get any closer. They'll probably be very close to disclosing his tax returns too.

Why when it is all coming out, the tactics used to get Flynn was entrapment and the amount of corruption used, by many federal agencies to collude together with Russia and the DNC(run by Hillary) to rig the election and then when that didn't work, delegitimize Trump.

All based upon another lie.

The DOJ is going to have to withdrawn any indictments and judgements, on 4th Amendment violations, to obtain evidence and fabricated evidence.

if this gets to trial, the dream team of defense lawyers will shred to pieces Mueller's case. Just on 4th Amendment violations, to obtain evidence and fabricated evidence alone any defense constitutional lawyer will have a field day with the FBI and DOJ........Comey will make any defense lawyer wet dream on the stand.

I think he may be safer in office.

He may wish to resign, and yet not be able to. Any malfeasance on Trump's part would still be crimes and if there is evidence he would still be prosecuted, especially if out of office.

Why not? They used a reality TV show to pick a president.
