And media has every right to point out Trump's lies and fake stories. That doesn't mean they're doing anything but their job.

Maybe they would have some creditability, had they a history of doing that over the last 9 years.

Current reality being what it is, they have no recent experience with anything but propaganda.

Oh Noes! trump has delayed the announcement! Like we didn't see THAT coming! Guess he has to do it all himself (kinda like he doesn't need the State Dept, as it is all him, right?) - maybe the WH staff all listened to the warning about getting involved?

"Trump said he still plans to go ahead with "fake news" awards he first suggested in November and promised on Twitter to hand out Monday. However, he tweeted late Sunday that he would push back the announcement of winners to January 17.“WARNING to White House staff: the president may be exempt from the rules at 5 CFR § 2635.701 et seq. on misuse of position BUT YOU ARE NOT,” tweeted Norm Eisen, who served as White House Special Counsel for Ethics in the Obama administration."

One would think the Republicans would be the ones doing this, or at the very least speaking out about it. But nope, the GOP sits by silently, watching this buffoon make a mockery of the Office of the President, saying nothing.

I hope everyone remembers this come the next election. This Republican party, who aids and abets the buffoon by their silence, doesn't deserve your vote.

It is hard to believe the Office Of The President of US has been reduced to something like this

No, the 1% is simply using Trump for their own gain. The loyalists are a different story.

I won’t be watching or listening to this rubbish. Leave it to Trump to create such nonsense and the Trumpsters are eating it up like they always do.

I imagine that Mr. Trump will end up not doing anything. He will probably tweet something like "I just wanted to start a dialogue about all the fake news!"
