Theory is hearsay and hasn't been tested. That isn't science. Nor justification for bureaucratic waste of funding the EPA to the tune they were funded.
Fact. Blue States have higher taxes. More government intervention in daily life. More social programs to keep the down trodden down because they voted to raise taxes and raise companies overhead to seek out visa holders and off shore production.
