California does not have a balanced budget nor do many if not most of the states that are supposed to.
Not surprisingly, most of these states are dem/big-gov states.
Some of these states that are failing to keep balanced balanced are now creating revenue by dubious means like the taxation of pot sales.(Get it-dubious ha ha)
Why are these states being allowed to have chronically unbalanced budgets?
Do you even have a clue about how budgets work and become sustainable in the context of a 50 state democracy? You don't have to answer, come back with facts.
The fact is most 'blue' states are broke as a bad joke and running on credit and the stock markets.

Just asking since it isn’t balanced either. It’s part of the discussion too. That’s all.
We don't have a law for a balanced budget at the Fed level.
And Congress just raises the debt ceiling so we can take on even more debt we'll never repay.
The non-informed or poorly understanding person doesn't understand that the Fed having a balanced budgets starts with STATES having balanced budgets and not leeching off the Fed.
The Fed was never supposed to be the nanny or sugar daddy of the states, It was designed to serve and protect Constitutional freedoms of the states.

Nor does you saying it doesn't make it not so. Come back with some facts/stats or insight instead of empty words.
I didn't start the thread. It's up to you to back what you said otherwise it's just ranting.
