i wouldn't say bannon has "flipped" ( ala flynn ) just yet. will be curious to see if trump has a twitter tantrum over it.

Bannon has legal training, and knows the penalties for perjury. He is going to pump himself dry for Mueller and tell the truth, because he knows he may have to repeat the stories later without discrepancies.

Subpoenas are not issued to make headlines, nor are the generated as a practical joke. The Trump Team is in serious hot water. Bannon's only intelligent move under oath is to tell the truth. If he doesn't, he is going to have big problems himself.

There was absolutely no reason to SWAT team raid Manafort's house, this was a white collar crime, and Manafort, and his legal team were fully cooperating.
Mueller is desperate, he has been the entire time because he know there was no collusion, so he pulls these stunts every time his investigation is facing serious push back.
