I woke up today still in disbelief that Trump said this. Simply unbelievable.

I caught an interview last night on a MSNBC podcast where Ari Melber (On the Beat) interviewed Michael Avenatti after Trump's comments. What is interesting is that Trump retreated when someone asked about a cache of money out of which these agreements were funded. This may morph into not only is the NDA invalid but Trump's money pots which may interest Mueller.

The other guest on that show was a woman who reflected on the believability of Cohen and Trump's claims as a matter of common sense.

I fell asleep and woke up to Joy Reid laying it out about how things don't add up, how no one with any sense believes Trump's version of this story.

It is simply unbelievable that Cohen would spend $130K on a made up story out his affection for Trump. If Cohen borrowed a $130K on his house every time someone claimed they had slept with Trump, he'd soon be homeless.

i'm trying not to read too much into trump's response to the question but i am curious who asked it and if that reporter has a history of having reliable sources.

The reporter was credible enough to make it on the Air Force One trip. Often reporters ask questions based on gossip, the reporter didn't claim that there was a money pot. What was interesting was Trump's response to the question. Trump was flumixed enough to miss-attribute the destination of the flight.

Cohen's financial records may be subpoenaed as a part of the Stormy litigation as he claimed that he paid the $130,000 out of his own resources and has not been reimbursed. Keep in mind the fact that other women with NDAs have contacted Avenatti so he knows what they were paid and by whom, if those payments show up in Cohen's financial records it will not go unnoticed. Cohen tried to hide his payment to Stormy by creating a corporation so there may be threads to pull.

Plenty of people, including plenty of men, are smart enough to avoid the porn world. I hope you're that smart. Doesn't mean you should be elected president - or dogcatcher.
You were a virgin until your 30s huh.

Did you know ben franklin was a womanizer and that caused "entanglements"?

Anyway now your point seems to be discrediting ms. Daniels. Okay.

Trump is now on record as saying he didn't know anything about it. That could backfire really badly.

Why acknowledge it at all?! I'm sure his lawyers told him to keep denying and/or ignore all questions about Stormy. Did he have a brain fart?

"On record" is hardly "under oath" and in the end thats all thats gonna matter. Proving trump lied has no political or legal ramifications for him even though you people pretend it would.

I got a laugh out of something someone said about "this may interest mueller".
Please.

A special prosecutor is given investigative powers within a scope of a suspected crime. He cant go out looking for evidence of Russian collusion then additionally/instead prosecute him for unrelated matters of stormy daniels.
At least thats how I believe it works.

I believe the special counsels scope include "and where it may lead", so yes, I do believe it can be investigated.
