I am a conservative and would not... because I really having nothing leftover from my paycheck to give anyone. My NH property taxes are huge, and considering most of my tax money goes towards public schools and have no children, I am really quite resentful of families with more than one child who expects all the child-free people to pay to educate their brats.

Our governments should make families with large families to pay penalties. One free child and after that, it's extra. With much higher penalties for their fourth child and up. And no immigrants or refugees with large families either.

This silly scheme will never be a thing. First of all, its a tax evasion scheme.

You can make a gift to reduce debts already - nothing stopping you. But CA dem's idiotic idea to call taxes "gifts" will never fly.
