President Obama had absolutely nothing to do with America's deep entrenchment in racism. A particular type of racism that has become an integral component of our American heritage.
If anything, President Obama attempted to reduce racial disharmony in this country.
Don't forget, President Obama is a mulatto whose mother was white. He grew up with people who weren't black. He still has many white friends. He generally likes people of all skin tones and hues.
