You completely misrepresented that chart. You took the chart for the largest POINT drops, then sorted it by percent. Thats is not a list of the largest percent drops.

Here are the largest percent drops, today doesn't even come close to hitting that list.

You are looking at the data for 12/18/2014 when the Dow closed up 2.43%. Today, 02/05/2018, the Dow dropped 1,1175. The number one drop. Very important distinction.
