Know how I know that? Because that’s what ALWAYS happens in Latin American nations. That’s why they have such huge middle classes down there.
One only need to look at how a bleephole country like China becomes a economy power to know that is exactly what they need to do.

Also money or wealth doesn’t trickle down. It comes down immediately as workers must be paid right away.
