Those who want to disarm Americans just do not understand the we Americans have a right to defend ourselves. If we were invaded by a foreign entity as in the history of many countries,we would be an easy target to round up and kill.
Don't say it is far fetched. We have well documented events that this has happened time and time again. Our forefathers wanted to protect us and not leave us Americans defenseless against foreign or domestic threats.

Liberals operate from fear, and they’ve got an entire routine about people supposedly shooting family members and not being able to stop criminals, But people who want to take away your rights under the pretense of safety and security are really just laying the groundwork for tyranny.

It is govt in general that has become tyrannical, elected politicians come and go, presidents come and go too.
Its not just about the gun issue either, Govt has intruded in just about every aspect of daily life, they have even come between doctor and patient now, as DEA is a major factor for doctors when they decide which medicine to prescribe, they fear what DEA may do if they give out 'the wrong drugs'...and what is the reason for this...to protect the health and safety of the public!! How can people not see tyranny in this?!!
The founding fathers expected the public to always be able to recognize tyranny for what it is, not be duped into a false sense of safety/ security, things like this, changing gun laws due to safety concerns, the public should be able to recognize what thats truly about, I guess they didnt foresee such a large percentage of the population being so naive
