Utter rubbish.

There's nothing organic about this. It has been artificially driven by the media-political complex since the very start, and now every aspiring YouTuber and Twitch streamer is trying to get their foothold in the world of fleeting social media fame.

The walkouts were organised by the students, primarily through social media and through discussion directly with the schools. It was important to them to lead the walk out themselves. Do not underestimate these young adults.
Of course as parents we have been supportive of their wishes as would every parent whose children showed such maturity and care in wanting to to express themselves peacefully.

Interesting that you think that those young adults who organized the marches did so because you think it was adults pushing their politics, which actually couldn’t be further away from what actually happened, yet you cite letters from children who were opposed to the walkout, who presumably you think came about that entirely of their own volition, which of course they did and equally admirably so.
I apologize for the FB link, I can't find the video on Youtube or anything though. And while I'd like to think most schools would let the kids think for themselves, to think that many adults aren't using this to push an agenda would just be naïve.
In the video it shows the principle asking a student to leave because his sign said "guns don't kill people, people kill people."

Since the Republicans won’t do more than offer lip service, the kids are trying to get these PAID OFF Republicans to see their point of view. You don’t get anywhere trying to be nice anymore. No child should be afraid to go to school.

If inanimate objects pose no threat, I'm sure you think it's ok for people to be on meth.

So yeah, we can now fully look at the parents as teaching their kids their racism. Of course they don't have to teach, as this society is fully doused in racism. Y'all remember that judge defending Roof's family....

Yeah, NO!!!!! Come on folks, this is what black people have to put up with in this country. White America try to say Dylann Roof is an isolated incident. Or they say he has mental issues. No, this is taught. Racism isn't going to die with the older generation. It's being passed on from generation to generation like an inheritance. This is why reparations and government policy specifically for native black people descendants of slaves is 1000% necessary. We need the power to finally be able to heal and control our own destiny.

Meth isn't harmful if YOU are not USING it

Sorry, neither side is offering any valid solutions. Everyone seems to be focused on the guns... why isn't anyone asking what is the reason that these kids/young adults are getting so angry they are driven to the point of killing ? Why aren't teachers, parents, etc seeing the red flags of someone ready to snap ? And if they are , why aren't they acting on them ? Sorry, the same guns have been around for 30,40 years yet now they are the problem ? Bull****, something has changed and it isn't the guns.
