This is why we can't give in an inch to gun grabbing democrats. Their agenda is clear destruction of the 2nd amendment

Lacey NJ - HS Students Punished for Posting Photo of Themselves Shooting Legal Guns at Gun Range

The Lacey Township High School student handbook reportedly states students are subject to suspension if they are “reported to be in possession of a weapon of any type for any reason or purpose whether on or off school grounds during the academic year.”

“Both the actions taken against the students and the Firearms Policy, are in blatant violation of the First and Second Amendments to the United States Constitution and the free speech protections of the New Jersey Constitution,”

Schmutter told IJR that the school's policy is “plainly unconstitutional.”

Well there's easy way around that......we can all bit*h about it but, the easiest way around it is to not post pics of your self with a gun until schools out.

It's a bit more than that for what if Mother B saw Father A at the gun range with his son and reported them to the school?

Hence, we have A and B.

A: Mother B might be a hypocrite for what was she doing at the gun range but that's immaterial for the rules in question don't apply to her.

B: We have a situation where Father A and his son must slink around in hiding to do legal activities? That really does not seem right, does it?
