This is basically like a police departments Office of Internal Affairs. Trump had nothing to do with it.
I'm watching Fox so typing as I hear more for those of you who can't watch. If there is a Criminal Referral, this will have to go to a Grand Jury and then indictment. Will take a while.
Alan Dershowitz is commenting and stresses the difference between unethical behavior and criminal behavior. Sounds like a bit of both to my ears.

When the FBI's own office recommended it, how could Sessions not fire him. Nobody ever questions the Office of Professional Responsibility, that I'm aware of anyway.
Mueller pauses, reflects for moment, and says to his assistant, "Let's add witness tampering, witness intimidation and another count of obstruction of justice to the Trump file."

In Jeff Sessions' official statement he said McCabe lied while under oath on multiple occasions.
Do you think McCabe should be able to lie on multiple occasions while under oath?
Remember that General Flynn was prosecuted for lying under oath.
